About ICSI

The idea behind ICSI was born from students who recognized how many barriers stand between young minds and meaningful academic opportunities. High registration fees, travel costs, and limited access to experts often prevent students and young surgeons from showcasing their work or learning from leaders in the field. ICSI was created to remove those boundaries. By virtualizing a full-scale international conference, we make world-class education and research opportunities accessible to everyone — no matter where they live. Bringing participants together from different countries is at the heart of our mission, because we believe real progress in surgery grows from connection: surgeon to surgeon, student to student, and generation to generation. By uniting diverse perspectives and clinical experiences, ICSI builds a global network where learning becomes richer and innovation becomes stronger.
